Went to the dog park with Oscar and Jeeter, Arya’s and Joey’s dog respectively, and another night soccer session leads to another late dinner.
2 Mahi fillets
1/4 cup pecans, chopped fine
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup milk
Here is what to do:
1) Mix the milk and egg.
2) Mix the flour, paprika, garlic salt in a small bowl.
3) Mix the bread crumbs and pecans.
Put a skillet on the stove on medium heat with some non stick spray.
Dip the mahi fillets in mixture 1, 2, then 3 and put them in the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, flip them, cook for 4-5 more minutes and that’s it.
Served along side garden variety veggies (freezer).
