First fish dish of the semester and boy was it delicious.
1.5 lbs fresh cut salmon, skinned
2x 1/4 cup olive oil
2x 1 tsp lemon juice
2x 1 tsp minced garlic
2x 2 tsp honey
The reason these things are listed as 2x is because you make two batches of the glaze. One to marinate the fish in and one to baste it during the grilling process.
Grilled on 300 degrees for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting liberaly. Pretty simple.
Served along side green beans and a croissant.
